Since you have selected to ship a gift certificate directly to the recipient, you'll need to specify a shipping address once you are at the payment page.

If you do not have a PayPal account you'll select the appropriate button.

After that you'll be asked if a shipping address is required. Check yes.

And then you'll enter the name and shipping address of the recipient of the gift certificate.

After that you'll indicate that the address entered is different from the billing address.

Click Continue and you'll be prompted to enter your billing information and continue with the payment process.
